How do I find out the shipping charges before placing my order?

Click the "Order" button on the item you are interested in. This will put the item in your shopping basket. Putting something in your shopping basket does not commit you to buying it.  We have determined a standard shipping price for all items and many items are shipped free. If you wish to place the order, you will then be asked for the billing address and credit card number. The order is not placed until you enter this information and click on "Continue". You may leave at any time prior to this and the order will not be processed

I'm reluctant to use my credit card online. Can I place the order by phone?

All online transactions are handled with industry-standard SSL encryption. When you enter your credit card into the order form, it is transmitted across the Internet in an encrypted (scrambled) form, then decoded when it gets to us. If you are not the kind of person who worries about being hit by lightning as you're crossing the street, you probably don't have to worry that your credit card number will be intercepted on the way to a secure Web site. Personal information and communication you send to us electronically or otherwise, including but not limited to data, questions, comments, suggestions or submissions is and will be treated confidential.
